Join Nicky Marcus, a mother, grandmother & an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, as she shares proactive and reactive strategies for dealing with children’s behavior.  Knowing and understanding the function of a behavior is vital to understanding the most effective ways to change and shape behavior and help a learner grow.  Child Care provided for 1 and up and a meal is served.
