Family and Community Engagement Manager

The ideal candidate for the Family and Community Engagement Manager will have experience in external relations and development work, enjoy problem solving and organizing logistics, be committed to serving diverse audiences, be computer savvy, and have a go-getter attitude. The Playmaker serves on the customer support team and helps children play, learn and have fun at the Children’s Museum of Fond du Lac. Playmakers promote positive museum interactions, in a way that is Welcoming, Helping, Friendly, Fun, Proactive and Safe. Playmakers assist in the following areas:  welcoming and interacting with guests, birthday parties, program and event assistance, and museum/exhibits cleaning.  Ideal position for highschool and college students.

Museum Teacher


32 – 40 hours per week, including every other Saturday

Starting at $18 per hour


The Museum Teacher (MT) is responsible for providing high quality, organized and energetic delivery of Museum programming to engage children and their caregivers in a partnership of learning through play to support their development.  These programs will primarily focus on music, art, and science for early learners.
