Sharing a gift certificate allows visitors to experience the positive impact that learning through play can have on their child's social, emotional & physical development, all year long.
Certificates can be purchased in any denomination from $5 and up and may be used towards membership, programs, classes, events and birthday parties. Gift Certificates may be purchased online, in the museum or over the phone at (920) 929-0707
Gift Certificates purchased for any Membership will be redeemable at the 2026 rates.
Memberships can no longer be gifted but rather can be shared through the purchase of a Gift Certificate. Common Denominations Include:
Grandparent Membership $100
Grandparent + Membership $125
CMFDL Family Membership $150
Multi-Museum Membership $170
