Birthday Party Rates:
- Up to 25 individuals: $225
- Up to 40 individuals: $325 (includes use of both private gathering rooms)
- Up to 80 individuals: $500 (includes use of both private gathering rooms)

- Birthday Party Booking Times
Saturday: 10 am - 12 pm or 1 - 3 pm
Sunday: 2:30 pm -4:30 pm
- Reservation fees are due at the time of booking. Members receive a $25 discount.
- Reservations include private gathering space (single or double classroom, based on number of guests), indoor/outdoor museum spaces, party favors (for children valued at $10 each), and 30-minute setup prior to the party and 30-minute cleanup after the party.
- An adult-to-child ratio of 1:5 is required. If unable to meet this supervision requirement, a paid staff member will be provided for a fee.
- The birthday party venue will be cleaned and ready for use and must be left int the same condition. CMFDL reserves the right to charge an additional $25 cleaning fee if the room needs to be cleaned after your reservation.
- If birthday party guests plan to play after the 2-hour party has ended, visitors will be responsible for paying admission cost per person, regardless of the remaining hours CMFDL is open.
- Party hosts will be charged an additional $50 for each half hour in which the guests have not vacated the party room.
- Cancellation Policy - In the event that you need to cancel, you will be refunded all fees minus a $50 non-refundable payment, so long as you cancel 10 days prior to your scheduled reservation. If you cancel within 10 days of your scheduled date, your fees will not be refunded.
