Party Time Options
- Saturday: 10-12pm or 1-3pm; Sunday: 2:30-4:30 or 5-7pm (Sunday;s require additional staff confirmation before booking)
An additional $150 fee will be added to all evening and Sunday reservations.
Includes 2-hour use of private gathering space, & indoor/outdoor museum spaces.
For paying patron, reservation includes 30-minute set up prior to the party and 30-minute clean up after the party.
For reservations, an adult to child ratio of 1:5 is required. If unable to meet this supervision requirement, a paid staff member will be provided for a fee.
Deposit of $50 (non-refundable) or full payment is required at time of booking to hold your reservation. We encourage you to stop in and tour the classroom/museum space prior to booking your party. The deposit is meant to hold your space so that no other reservation can be made for the same date/time/space. Members receive a $25 discount on birthday booking.
For all reservations, rooms are cleaned and ready for use. We ask that the room is left in the condition it was found. CMFDL reserves the right to charge an additional $25 cleaning fee if the room needs to be cleaned after your reservation.
Party hosts will be charged an additional $50 for each half hour in which the guests have not vacated the party room.
PLEASE NOTE: If party guests plan to play after the 2-hour party has ended, visitors will be responsible for paying admission cost per person, regardless of the remaining hours CMFDL is open.
Booking of one classroom is for up to 25 guests, more than 25 guests requires booking two classrooms. Cost will vary.
Each child attending the party will receive a CMFDL cup filled with goodies-a value of $15 per cup.
