If a guest other than one of the two named members visits, they will pay daily admission.

NON-PROFIT PARTNER MEMBERSHIP
This membership includes daily admission to CMFDL to a registered non-profit organizations (501(c)3 or 501(c)4). Participating organizations can share this membership benefit with those they serve. The membership is provided as a check-out pass for up to 6 individuals per visit, One physical pass is issued per membership and must be presented at the time of the visit. CARE AGENCY MEMBERSHIP
This membership is for use by agencies that work in a service/care capacity and is intended to support organizations such as in-home child cares, daycare facilities, neurodiversity centers, or Boys & Girls Clubs, that regularly have children/adults in their care.
One physical pass is issued per membership and must be presented at the time of the visit. Minimally, one adult caretaker is required for every 5 individuals in care. Limit 10 individuals per visit with 12 visits per year. Please call or email info@cmfdl.org to begin your Care Agency Membership.

FIRST TIME PARENT
Offered during Baby Networking Event Only- Summer and Fall.
This Membership is a CMFDL Family annual pass, all above benefits apply. This membership is available through our Welcome Desk and only during specified times throughout the year. Up to 25 memberships issued to new parents with a child 18 months and under, during our Baby Networking FREE event. This membership applies to only the named members with one child under the age of 18-months.

Museums For All - $40+
The Children’s Museum of Fond du Lac offers over 200 learning programs and over 20 areas of play for child development and growth. The Museums for All program enables CMFDL to achieve its vision of serving all children and families regardless of their ability to pay admissions, membership or program fees. Since 2007, funding from this program has supported concentrated outreach efforts to low-income families and provided opportunities for our youth, supporting their social, emotional, physical and intellectual development. Your family qualifies for this membership if you receive public assistance. To inquire if you qualify for this discounted membership option, please complete the form linked below and provide reference of your Section 8, WIC, MA, Quest or SSI card, etc. to CMFDL. Once received you will be notified via email with a confirmation & details on obtaining this membership.

Active and Reserve military families qualify for this membership. This Membership available at the Welcome Desk at the Museum.
DHS Foster Families - Rates may Vary
Fond du Lac County Foster Families licensed through the DHS sponsoring agency, may qualify for this membership. This voucher/reimbursement is made possible by the Department of Human Services, in the county of residence. Renewal subject to continued qualifications and/or licensing through each counties Department of Human Services or sponsoring agency. Foster Family Membership is available through the Welcome Desk at the Museum or through the county Foster Care Representative.
DHS- Children's long Term Services (CLTS) - $0
Your child may qualify for recreation assistance. Please contact your county specific case worker to learn more about possible membership opportunities. This membership requires the individual case worker to communicate with CMFDL Membership Manager directly. This discounted rate is made possible by the Department of Human Services, in the county of residence. Renewal subject to continued qualifications and/or licensing through each counties Department of Human Services or sponsoring agency.

Membership Terms
- Memberships cover a 1-year period. Cancellation before 1 year does not warrant a refund.
- Membership admission does not apply to pre-registered group visits, such as field trips or parties.
- Memberships are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Membership benefits are subject to change without notice.
- Gift certificates available for all membership levels and can not be replaced if lost. Credit card fees issued to the purchaser online are not to be part of the gift certificate amount for redemption.
- Memberships purchased online will be set up with automatic annual renewal after 12-months. Members are responsible for communicating any change to the form of payment immediately to ensure continual auto-payment processing. If you wish to opt out, you must do so in your member profile or purchase in-person at CMFDL.
